Legal Wit — The Old "Dead Animal Carcass" Defence

Legal Wit — The Old

I reject as absurd fabrication the 'dead animal carcass' on the side of the road defence. Quite frankly, this story stinks. There was no carcass on the road. It was a clear paved road and lighting was good. This enormous fabrication to explain the unsteadiness at the road side seriously affects the veracity of all the rest of the defendant's evidence.
