To reflect the Ontario Municipal Board’s (OMB) transition to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT), westlaw Canada has renamed the Ontario Municipal Board Reports (O.M.B.R.) as the Ontario Municipal Tribunal Reports (O.M.T.R.). The O.M.T.R.s are now accessible to BestCase Library subscribers on westlaw Canada, from both the law report view of selected cases as well as from the BestCase Library home page. The renamed collection includes both existing O.M.B.R. cases and O.M.T.R. cases.
