The testimony of the plaintiff as to his satisfaction with the Lexus was quite different. Upon the wife and son returning to St. Catharines on November 22nd, the plaintiff took the Lexus for a drive. He noted that the vehicle swayed, swerved, wobbled and emitted unusual noises.7
