Legal Wit — A Fool to Trust

All professionals rightly seek to build a name for themselves and inspire confidence in their firms. Therefore, it is ironic to see the appellants argue in court that their client was very wrong to listen to and rely on them. This might have inspired Molière to write another line for his play Les Fourberies de Scapin: "Sir, you trust me. What a fool you are!"
