ACCESS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DIRECTOR

Alberta

K. (N.), Re, 2010 ABPC 74 (Alta. Prov. Ct.): [The judge] described the term “access at the discretion of the Director” to mean that frequency, duration, location and supervision of visits were the factors to be determined by the Director.

I do not read [the judge's] decision as being an exhaustive definition of what “access at the discretion of the Director” to mean but rather in the context of that case only.
