JOINT FAMILY VENTURE
In determining the existence of a joint family venture, courts can look to the existence of mutual effort, economic integration, actual intent of the parties, and whether and how they prioritized the family: [Kerr v. Baranow 2011 SCC 10 (S.C.C.)] at para. 89.
