The reasons for the re-organization and the plaintiff's failure to survive it are therefore irrelevant, which makes it unnecessary to decipher the impenetrable jargon [a vice-president of the defendant] used to explain the process ("create a synergistic matrix," "de-layer," "break down silos" etc.).
